Booking: Services are available by appointment only. Please book online through the 'Booking' or 'Contact' page, or by text at (425) 765-7623.
You must be 18 or older to reserve an appointment. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you and sign a consent form. Cancellation Policy: We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24-hours will be charged a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% fee. Tipping Policy: A tip is not included in the service price and is encouraged to show gratuity. Tipping is available for credit or debit card payments, and cash is also accepted. Tardiness: If you are running late, please call or text me as soon as you can at (425) 765-7623 (voicemail is acceptable). If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted me, you will be charged in full for your services. I will always try my best to accommodate you but I can't guarantee that I will be able to take your appointment late. I may need to reschedule you for later in the day, or for another day. If you choose not to reschedule, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and you will be charged for the missed appointment in full. Prices: I am constantly expanding my services to bring you the latest spa experiences. Although I make every effort to keep my website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. |

Please wait in your car until I notify you that I am ready for you. How to Check Out: Touchless check out is available! Options: -Square credit/debit card touchless and chip reader -Paperless invoice you can pay from your email No-Calls, No-Shows, or Last-Minute Cancellations: My time is very important to me and to my clients, so as of 2023 you are required to put a card on file at the time of booking. If you are more than 15 mins late and do not contact me by phone, text message, or email, you will be charged in full for your services booked that day. If there is a last-minute cancellation, which means to cancel within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your services booked for that day. |
COVID-19 Health and Safety Policies
- AS OF MARCH 11TH, 2022, Guests are not required to wear masks, but I will still wear one to prevent the spread of colds and viruses. If you would like a mask to be provided, 1 disposable mask will be provided to you at no charge.
-if you test positive for COVID-19 or somebody in your household tests positive, please reschedule your appointment out of courtesy for me and my household. -No pets or children under the age of 10 are permitted. -My space is small; if you need to bring a guest with you, I am allowing a maximum of 1 guest due to space restraints. |
-Hand Sanitizer is provided for guests.
-Please do not make an appointment if: -You or a household member have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks. -Spa room is deep-cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants and vacuumed before and after every client. -PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as gloves, a 3-layer mask, an apron, and one-time-use supplies are utilized for safety and prevention of transmission of diseases, germs, and COVID-19. |
